Money for Renbel Beacons

McLeen Tongaka Sinumoana Pikacha

From the Ministry of Aviation,

$300,000.00 was withdrawn for the Beacons lo Renbel airstrip since August this year..any idea wea nao selen ya???

  Jason Saungongo the way I look at it. if it was paid out to any company n nothing happens hem lus na ya. but if hem paid to province maybe hem used up finis but hem live money yet.

  Stanley T. Tuiakihenua If so then who passed on the information to u?? This is news to us! I want to know so that i can find out more from the person in the Civil Aviation who provided u with this information. If what u posted here is true, then will find out, (1) Who actually withdrew this huge amount of money?? (2) why was the civil Aviation allowed the MPA to get this huge amount of money?? If it was put out as another issue to divert attention from issues that sparked out heated argument here, then forget it. @ ST! my bro just wait until we know if the MPA for Ward 8 is involved that's when we'll expose it here in this fb pape. Don't jump to the conclution!! Aue!

If it was true bae hemi interesting why some one is allowed to get this money b'cos normally this type of project is put out for tender n whoever wins, the money is then given to him to carry out work just like the Telkom tower at Gongona, Bellona Is. As i have said, if it was true, then this is a matter that requires an investigation by the relevent authorities n whoever misused this money should be brought to justice, no two ways about it. @ ST, the money is to build beacons for the two airfields (Tigoa n Anua) not for the land owners to get a share of it.
